Adding new suppliers

When a new supplier requests to be part of the Longwood Loop, we set up their 'vendor' in the system and then send them details for getting started.
The current process is as follows:
Send an email to the new vendor asking for the following key information
Business name, e.g. Sheena's Stupendous Strawberries
Business address (we don't show this to anyone, but it allows us to drop a pin on the map to show where our producers are from)
Business name/account number for payments
Phone number
After receiving this information back, log in to Open Food Network with an Administrator account
From the Open Food Network dashboard, select 'Manage my Enterprises' at the bottom of the page, or the 'Enterprises' menu item at the top of the page
In the top right corner, select the '+ New Enterprise' button to create a new enterprise on behalf of a new vendor
Fill in the information provided to you by the new vendor, tick the box for 'I am a producer' at the top and 'Calculate latitude and longitude automatically from address?' at the bottom
Click 'Create' to add the new enterprise and you will be navigated to the newly created Enterprise detail page
In the left rail, select 'Users' to navigate to the page that will allow you to invite the vendor to manage their own shop
At the bottom of the page, select the 'Add an unregistered user' button
In the pop-up, provide the email address of the vendor and click 'Invite'
If you get an error that the user is already registered, follow the steps below to complete the invitation
To the right of the 'Managers' heading, select the 'Add an existing user' dropdown
Type the full email address of the existing user into the typeahead box
Hit 'Enter' or select the address as shown
Click 'Update' on the bottom of the page to save your changes
Email the vendor back with details on how to manage their produce, including a link to this guide, sample email below
Forward the vendor's bank account information and phone number to the SCES team to add to their file
